Step 1: Install HOT IPTV on Samsung TV

Method 1: From Samsung App Store (Recommended)

1. Turn on your Samsung Smart TV.
2. Press the Home button on your remote.
3. Navigate to Apps or Samsung Apps.
4. Open the Search function (magnifying glass icon).
5. Type "HOT IPTV" using the on-screen keyboard.
6. Select HOT IPTV from search results.
7. Click "Install" or "Download".
8. Wait for installation to complete.
9. Click "Open" to launch HOT IPTV.

Method 2: From App Store Website

1. Visit Samsung Apps store on your computer.

Step 2: Initial Setup and Activation

When you first open HOT IPTV, you'll need to activate it:

1. Launch HOT IPTV on your Samsung TV.
2. You'll see an activation screen with a code and MAC address.
3. Note down this information.
4. Visit the HOT IPTV activation website (shown on screen).
5. Enter your activation code or MAC address.
6. Complete the activation process (may require one-time payment).

Note: HOT IPTV typically offers a free trial period before requiring activation.

Step 3: Add Your CCCAMBOX Playlist

Using M3U URL:

1. Open HOT IPTV on your Samsung TV.
2. Go to Settings or Playlists.
3. Select "Add Playlist" or "Add New Source".
4. Choose "Remote Playlist (URL)".
5. Enter your CCCAMBOX M3U playlist URL.
6. Give it a name: "CCCAMBOX".
7. Click "Save" or "OK".
8. Wait for channels to load (may take 1-2 minutes).

Using Xtream Codes API:

1. In HOT IPTV, go to Settings → Playlists.
2. Select "Add Xtream Codes" or "Add Xtream Source".
3. Enter your CCCAMBOX credentials:

• Name: CCCAMBOX
• Server URL: Your CCCAMBOX server URL
• Username: Your CCCAMBOX username
• Password: Your CCCAMBOX password
• Port: Usually 80 or provided by CCCAMBOX

4. Click "Save" or "Connect".
5. Channels will load automatically.

Troubleshooting

App Won't Install:

• Check Samsung TV model compatibility (Tizen OS required)
• Ensure TV is connected to internet
• Update TV firmware: Settings → Support → Software Update
• Check regional availability of HOT IPTV

Activation Issues:

• Verify activation code is entered correctly
• Check internet connection
• Visit HOT IPTV support website
• Contact HOT IPTV customer service

Channels Won't Load:

• Verify M3U URL or Xtream credentials are correct
• Check internet connection (Settings → Network → Network Status)
• Ensure CCCAMBOX subscription is active

Buffering/Freezing:

• Check internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
• Use wired ethernet instead of WiFi
• Increase buffer size

No EPG Data:

• Wait for EPG to download (can take 5-15 minutes)
• Manually refresh EPG in settings
• Verify EPG is included with CCCAMBOX subscription

App Crashes:

• Clear HOT IPTV cache: Settings → Apps → HOT IPTV → Clear Cache
• Reinstall HOT IPTV

No Sound:

• Check TV volume and mute status
• Verify audio settings in HOT IPTV
• Try different audio track
